thank you for joining us here on ktvu channel 2 morning thinks. it's friday, march 22nd i'm dave clark. >> good morning, i'm pam cook. we are following developing news where out of the south bay the chp looking for the driver of a deadly hit and run from over night. ktvu channel 2 reporter janine de la vega is there on 280 in san jose. she has been there since 4:30 this morning on more on what happened in moments when dispatched received that 911 call. >> reporter: let me show you what is here right now. two lanes are still closed near mclaughlin. two lanes though are still open. basically the chp is overseeing this accident scene. a body has been collected by the coroner. because there is gruesome debris on the freeway they are determining this is a bio hazard. i spoke with a cal trans person and they are telling me they have to call out another crew here. they have closed the 7th street onramp because they need to do a cleanup and that could take two to three hours. let's go to video taken earlier this morning. this accident happened just before
